I have tried to search all over internet to find a solution but I can't find the answer.
I know how to use bin/cue, how to burn it. I just wanna know how to create bin/cue from original CD. And can all original CDs be copied into bin/cue? Is there any exception with some high protected CDs?

The BIN/CUE format was introduced by CDRWin. .CUE contains the track layout and BIN contains the data.

So CDRWin is one choice, but you will have problems with protected CDs. BlindWrite and CloneCD are more sophisticated disc readers for protected discs and they also support .CUE sheets.

But I can't find option to create bin/cue image on both Cdrwin (3.9b) and CloneCD (4.0.1.10). CloneCD only makes ccd images, and Cdrwin makes iso images. Please show me how to create bin/cue using those 2 programs.

Selecting the "Create .CUE sheet option" in CloneCD gives you a .CUE file which you can then use.

And then I have to rename the .img file into .bin right? Or just leave it img?
After creating image using CloneCD, I had files .ccd, .sub. What are the functions of those files?

Leave it as .IMG - the file extesions has no meaning.

.ccd = this is equal to .cue
.img = the image file of a CD, equal to .bin
.sub = subchannel data - not supported by bin/que
