What is cIOS38 Rev13b and how do i get it? How can I tell what version I have? The reason I am asking is because when I inserted the backup of the Wii game "Up" I got an error 2 message. any ideas?

Get it HERE install it using homebrew. Just read the Read me first.

I rent a Wii game them I use raw dump to back it up to my computer then I use image burn it burn it. I t works for every game I tried except the "Up" game.
