OK I finally ran across a game giving me issues with no solid fix. Just guesses at the fix. I have menu 3.3U(oct23) IOS36 v9 (downgraded from 10 to stop system lockups in Animal crossing) I only have 44 games on the HD and this is the only one doing this. Is this a sign that I may be going to menu 4.0?

I have read others trying different IOSes but it does not fix them or at least they never post they do.

Has anyone fixed this on thier WII? If so how did you do it?

I had to use the USB loader on rev 13 to get it working... but it finally works! :)

It seems allot of the newer games will only work with cIOS38_rev13 (NOT 13B).

I had issues and after going to that revision it worked.

I have updated my Softmod guide to include the cIOS38_rev13a.

I havr tried tht IOS before I had this game. That one causing Animal crossing to lock during play unless it has been updated a bit and Im getting a non working copy. Ill try that IOS again just to see if it gets this game up so I can forward support.

OK there is something wrong. At least I think there is. I noticed that my WIFI is not working. Also when I try to install WADs they do not seem to be installing. They say installing for about 30 seconds and claims its done. I know 30 seconds is not long enough to install an IOS.Do I have some Hardware failure or am I somewhat bricked???

Can you go into your system settings?

Is it going through each ticket and installing when you run the cIOS38_rev13 installer?

I can get to the WIFI settings. They have not changed. It only installs the first one then says its done. The other one never tries to load. I am still trying some stuff to get it back up. Can a IOS disable the WIFI? I noticed it the first time afeter putting on 36 v9. Didnt think much of it since our net does blink out at times.

Its time to get technical. I managed to get the WII to see my router. It fails net connection test. I go into my router log and this is what it says "Wireless system with MAC address ## disconnected for reason: Timeout, station left."

What could be causing the WII to not even try to connect?

Alright I got through all the technical problems. I reset my internet stuff and it let the Wii through. Something else I will have to fix. Anyway the wad installs still act them same but I got the network install to work. I put on what claims to be IOS38 rev13 to see what happens.

The loader takes longer to find the drive and I have my covers back. I went to load Ghostbusters and got a blue Error #002 screen. Testing it it with AC now.

If you use USB Loader GX select the settings option before launching the game disc and select ON for #002 fix.

I got the loader you mentioned. Had a bit of trouble getting it to see th drive for awhile. Well I got it going and the loader works fine. I go to D/L the update but it doesnt update. Ill figure that out later. End result Ghostbusters loaded.

Changes I made for this to work. Installed CIOS38 Rev13 (network install) Installed USB loader GX. Ghostbusters now runs.

Unfortunately AC did lockup on that IOS with a different loader. I noticed you can chose what IOS to use in the GX loader. 249 or 222. What is 222? IF AC will not run without locking in this current setup can I store an IOS I know works with it and call on it just for that game?
