i got this playstation emulator and got ffVII and was ready to play but it won't even load says bios is missing how do i get this to work

The BIOS is basically the mini OS that starts with your console/PC and loads the real OS. Since this is a emulator it is copying the functions of the Playstation but its missing the BIOS so it cant "turn on". I know these files are illegal to distribute so I won't post any links here but you can find links for these things on Google if you search for something like epsxe + bios.
