Hey guys I've flashed a couple 360's and none of them has done this to date. I flashed my friends a couple weeks ago and it worked fine when he left here with it now its not playing any games or dvd's. I put 1.6 on it and it had never been flashed. When you put a disk in it just acts like it wants to read it but doesn't then goes from reading to open tray. I put a dvd laser cleaner in it and that ran with no problem. So then i flashed it from 1.6 to 1.51 and its still doing the same thing. I have written down the drive key from the first time i flashed it. The orignal bin did not save in the place it said it would so i don't have that. Have this happen to anybody any suggestions on how to drive working correctly again? And the drive worked for a couple weeks what why would it have just stopped?

Try increasing the laser strength with a POT calibration.
