hi any one help me, ive got the wave paranoia, ive been online for 6 months and im on firmware 1.4 and after this new maintenece 16th june im scard 2 go online. I am upgrading to 1.6 but it will be in a weeks time im not sure if its safe to go online has any one been band since. Help me im a gears addict and i need 2 get back online

Good lord. Since you have been using 1.4 you are at the mercy of the geek gods, MS has all the info they need to decide if they want to ban you. Not logging on to live will change nothing.
