Can an HD from banned system get new system banned?

Just out of curiosity, I recently flashed my first lite-on (and encountered EVERY problem in the book) and am wondering, if I transfer the HD from my old system (which, coincidentally, is not really banned, I am just asking that to get a better idea) to this new system, do I risk getting banned? i.e. is there any data stored on the 360 hd that could possibly cause one to get banned? I do apologize if this has been answered already and fully admit I never even tried to search, I just can't think of a way to word it without causing search confusion.

right now it's accepted that it is ok to use a HD from a banned console.
