I've compiled a video and for some reason Sony Vegas Pro 8 always blends the rendered video. The video sources themselves are uncompressed progressive avi streams. There are no settings in my project or in Vegas that are configured to interlace video. I checked the project properties, video events, and rendering settings (including the custom format settings). All of them are set to progressive. It seems that Vegas has always interlaced output video for me. I don't understand why it would interlace video when the source video itself is progressive to begin with. Does anyone have any clues as to why this it?

Edit: I figured out, after much research, that smart resample is what was causing the interlacing.
