What 3000s are safe to buy for 5.03 GEN-A hack?

Okay, the obvious answer is, "one with 5.03 firmware, duh", but I want to know how to identify ones like that!

Are there any retail psp 3000 kits right now that come with 5.50 already installed? Which ones comes with 5.03? How can I determine which is which without just buying it and powering it up?

3000s come with 4.21 right now so you should be able to hack it.
