Hey everyone.

I have both a Wiikey and the softmod on my Wii. I have 4.0U firmware and the burnt backups and USB hard drive loader work fine.

I am trying to install wads from my SD card to the Wii so I can move them back to the SD card and store them to play from there. However, anytime I seem to access the SD card (Data Management, SD Card options on main menu) the system freezes!

Any ideas? It's a Kingston 16GB SDHC.

Simply downgrade to 3.4 firmware, and then reupgrade using Wanikoko's updater for 4.0 and everything should work fine. Hope this helped.

Hey I found this on some other website.YES IT TOOK ME A WHOLE DAY TO FIGURE OUT A BUNCH OF STUFF REGARDING 4.0
Downgrade to 3.2U then upgrade to 4.0U here's a hint
google for how to upgrade 4 homebrew still working 3.

It will also work with 3.4, if anyone is wondering. Lol
