Transferring saves from memory to usb stick

I was wondering if there was a way to transfer saves on a playstation memory card to a usb stick? Could anyone help with hows its done if it is possible. If it makes any difference I am using a fat ps2 :)

Yes , it can be done both ways . You need UlaunchElf .If you press L1 you can see the full name of the game , not SCES , SLES etc..

Do I need anything else apart from Ulaunchelf? btw my PS2 is not chipped if it makes a difference :)

Well, you need at least Free MCBoot to launch ULE .Try to get this installed first then you'll transfer all the saves you want .
