Hitachi Firmware Lost? Failed Upload RAM

So a Hitachi drive was swapped with another console and spoofed the right way but I cannot get a hold of the owner and I dont have access to the original Key. The drive was not modded but I am having trouble getting the firmware, here is the log:

What version of the VIA driver do you have installed? 5.30c is said to be the most compatible.

I think I did mine with no drivers installed using portIO. Have you tried that?

I did mine after I manually installed the portio.inf file.

Also, have you tried using the newest version of jf? you're using 1.55

Yes using old 1.55 JF and no via drivers installed.
