Error message with DV to DVD Converter Software

I have downloaded a free software called Socusoft DV to DVD Converter 1.0 that is capable of burning video clips to dvd+r/dvd-r media. I have two computers both desktop and it will work fine on one of the computers, but for some reason it gives me the following error message on my second computer...

" Error while mplex file: C:\Documents and Setting\George Jetson\Desktop\DV to DVD Converter\mpeg\encoded_video.mpg"

I have tried everything that I can think of...

1. Uninstall and Reinstall program.
2. Changed the destination of the saved file.
3. Changed the format to avi, wmv and mpeg.
4. Added less files to be burned.
5. Changed the speed in which files are burned.

There isn't a report/log that is made during the process, so I am lost at what the problem could be.

Could someone please offer some help in what the problem could be if you have heard of the software before or if you have used it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
