hi, I have been using windows movie maker to edit my movies and dvd maker to make dvds but would like to know what is the best but easy software to use to edit my movies and to make dvds with animated menus and more.
What would be a very good alternative for these.

Nero or Roxio for complete ease of use. Pretty much either of these commercial software packages will have a easy to follow guide to walk you through the whole process.
