Hi.

I have a number of Windows Media Audio/Video files, some of which work perfectly while others do not.

Any WMV file using the Windows Media Video V7 codec plays absolutely fine, while those using Windows Media Video V8 often appear in black and white with lots of red and green all over the picture.

Sound is never a problem - it doesn't matter which version of the audio codec it's encoded with, audio's never a problem.

Can anyone help? I have tried installing the WMV V8 codec but the problem persists.
