Does anyone have any info regarding stable motherboard solder points for a Talismoon Aurora light kit?
My result: Installing them with the power adapter supplied. One strip is super dim and the other does not light up at all.
I saw a thread on a here a few weeks ago where someone had the exact same issue but I can't locate it at all now.
I would like to remove the power connector and solder the black/red lines to the motherboard. Black lines being the ground wire.
Photos indicating the points location would be greatly appreciated. I've done research and found solder points for cathodes and LED strips but was wondering if anyone here has specifically soldered this particular Talismoon lighting kit to a power source on the MB.
Btw, the super soft rubber clips included with this kit are garbagio! Gonna have to use some good ol' double stick tape.
http://forums.llamma.com/viewtopic.php?t=7074 Here are the 12v powerpoints and ground points on the 360.. I usually use the ones underneath the powersupply but you can use the mosfets on top of the board as well for 12v..
