How on earth do i take an elf and break it down into the files inside. so i can configure the dat files within the elf then pack the files back together into elf.

i needa edit my ip address in one the files.

You can use Winhex to look at ELF files and modify

cool ill give it a try. see what i have going on is on my Memory card i have FREE MC BOOT installed. and the ftp links but i run the ftps and they are set to 192.168.0.10 but my ip is 192.168.1.103 so i needa configure the files in it some how.

Usually the IP Address is stored in SYS-CONF folder on the memory card

It is the IPCONFIG.DAT file.

You can open Notepad and drag it into to see what it is and then make changes and save it.

Or just uLe, and go to 'FILEBROWSER', then choose 'misc', then choose 'net' I believe and it should create your IPCONFIG.DAT
