Black screen when loading Ghostbusters

Loading Ghostbusters via USB Loader GX, and it just sits on a black screen. I read that I should install cIOS38_rev13a but cannot seem to find the file. Is it a .wad or .dol? I downloaded a .dol but am not sure its the right thing.

On another note, what is the easiest way to backup my NAND any help is greatly appreciated.
