im needing help flashing a hitachi drive wit a samsung key using jf this is my first ever time flashing so pls help

What you are going to want to do is start reading on page 65 of the Jungle Flasher tutorial. If the drive has iXtreme firmware, restore it to stock then flash it with ix1.51. Then you are going to flash the key sector with the Samsung key you want to use. Then you are going to flash the spoof data (drive string ID).

Or you could load the original Samsung firmware in to source of JF. Load ix1.51 for Hitachi (make sure to choose the proper rom version you have). Then click spoof source to target. Save the custom firmware. Then use Firmware toolbox to flash the firmware.

nevermind im stupid i found it but i cant seem to find the hitachi firm i need the label says i have version 0079fl theres 79 in the firmware box but not a perfect match does it matter?

Well there are 4 different type of 79 firmware because the key sector is different. You will have to dump the 79 firmware and look at what JF says the key sector is at (example key found @XXXX).
