SONY FULLlHD camcorder help

hello
At my local electronic store I noticed a FullHD Sony camera that I wonder is good value for money? (Type nr: HDRCX105BLACK)
Im not that intrerested in a camera with most options/buttons but picture especially is important.....and also sound.
I would assume that cameras these days are filming in anamorphic 16:9
and dolby digital sound
Since this camera is a fullhd one.....how can I save them for future?
Must I have a blu-ray burner to burn on disc without loss in quality?
Any help deeply appriciated :)
