Ok so i got a psp slim with 5.02 OFW.---I already bought a pandora's battery---I'm not sure how to make a Magic Memory stick---I also do not even know which CFW i should get (I want to use emulators)

My personal CFW preference at the moment is 5.00 M33-6, however there are many others out there. Since you are on 5.02, you don't really need to use Pandora (though it is an option). To make a MMS (if you for some reason insist on using Pandora) you will need to run Despertar del Cementario V8 (google it) on a PSP with CFW. The easiest way for you (Pandora not needed for this), however, is to upgrade to OFW 5.03 (NOT 5.51!!!!!!!!! If you do this then you WILL need Pandora!) and then use ChickHEN R2 (again, google it) to get into 5.03 HEN, then run Hellcat's Recovery Flasher v1.60 (once again, google it) to get onto 5.00 M33-6.

EDIT: Oh, and make sure the PSP dosen't have one of those newer TA-088v3 (or higher) motherboards, if it has one then attempting CFW will brick the PSP!
