HELP! Ixtreme 1.6 wont read new game backups?

Hello everyone!
Alright... I have successfully flashed my Samsung Drive with 1.6 without a hitch. I used the activity.iso disk to put the drive into vendor mode and used JungleFlasher to update from 1.5 to 1.6
Now, what originally prompted me to start this little project was that I had 3 newer game backups that would not play.
When I had first tried these games, I was prompted by my XBOX to run an update. I agreed to run this update to play the game, but it would fail with a "Dirty Disk Error". After the reboot my XBOX 360 Dash was hosed up (plain jane with my avatar blackened out).
I then found this link...

Followed the instructions and updated my 360 Dash bringing my avatar and settings back.
Now, when I try these same disks my XBOX only sees them as DVDs and not Games? I get the usual white screen with DVD player controls at the bottom of the screen. It'd be the same as a standard home DVD player tried to read an XBOX 360 Game Disk.
Now, any of my other backups play correctly... Other than one other game that seems to be having the same issue as these other games with the XBOX not recognizing the backups as games, but worked correctly before the dash/firmware update?
Any help here guys?

I've tried both Memorex for laughs and of course Verbatim... Both slow burn speeds...
The thing that strikes me as odd is that the very first time I tried to play these games with the older firmware... The 360 reconized these backups as games and tried and failed to run an update. Then I flashed my drive to 1.6 and now it only sees them as DVDs?

Usually when you get the "Play DVD" error, it can be 2 things.
1. You are trying to play a Wave 3 game on firmware older thatn ix1.51.
2. Your firmware doesn't have your DVDkey or the DVDkey doesn't match the NAND flash on the motherboard.
A 3rd possible scenario might be the laser strength needs adjusted with a POT Calibration.

I'm assuming that these new games are Wave3... And I have updated my firmware to 1.6 but that was only after I tried to run a failed 360 Dash Update that those disks prompted me for.
As it stands now... I still am able to play older backups without any trouble at all, so I'm thinking that it isn't the key...
Right at this moment I'm in the process of reflashing my drive to see if it'll help...

Have you ran your Wave 3 ISOs through ABGX before burning?
Edit - iXtreme 1.6 has strict stealth checking, so if these games have been patched or anything like that to play on older firmware, they won't work with ix1.6.

Well while running abgx I found that the "PFI is incorrect" "Should have matched 3rd Wave" "Video Partition is incorrect"
I'm not too familiar with this program and now that I have 1.6 could you explain to me how I can go about correcting these errors so that these games can play on 1.6? Are there any particular settings within abgx that I can use to reburn a usable copy of this game?

Alright... I've downloaded and placed the Video_0E58FB9D.iso file in the stealth folder as you suggested. Re-burned 2 of the 4 games that have been giving me grief, and you know what... You were %100 correct!
My 360 now recognizes the backups as games now!

Sorry to bring a old topic back to life but a sooooo stuck, I updated to Ix 1.6... last night (took a lonnnng time !!, dont ask !) any way ive been trying to burn FN round 4 and whn it burns it goes to this screen stated above even when I put this video file in the steath part of the abgx program.
I did however change the level to level 3 BEFORE i put the file in there, so I re ran it on the .iso on level 3 again and re burned to no joy....
I am burning at the lowest speed, still no joy whats the problem here!!
Some one please help me !!

Well if you have got ix1.6, ISO checked with ABGX, then the only other thing could be the DVDkey. Did you get your DVDkey flashed back with ix1.6 to the drive?

Yeah allsorted now... my key was correct and everything... I went back to ix 1.51 and it all seems to work fine now :),

same happened to me.. I have from 1.51 update to 1.6.. I test 2 games which I'am sure its wave 3 are. both games won't boot. when I flash back to 1.51, it works again. every games I have, I always check with agbxbox first befort I burn it into disc.
it is a liteon drive, I am sure drive key are fine. But it does missing the serial code of the drive, is that the reason the games won't boot?

I had a similiar problem. I flashed a buddy's brand new out of the box lite-on to 1.6. I tried 3 wave 3 games and none of them would boot. I was getting a dirty disc error or it would just lock up on the xbox logo screen. I tried those exact same backups on my 1.51 benq and they booted up without issue. I erased 1.6 off his drive and put 1.51, and all is well. Weird

Yer, so its recommended to check all games via agbx (or whateva !) before burning on ix 1.51, dont fancy being banned !!!!

Just a quick question I am suffering the same issue, I keep getting open tray or dirty disk error, what makes it weird is one of the latest games works sometimes.
I have samsung ms28 flashed with ixtreme 1.6 what is the best way to downgrade to 1.51
I run all my games through abgx and all of the games have passed stealth etc however when I burn and test I get reading for a long time then either open tray or dirty disk.
My media is infinti 360 and I burn at 2.4x with clonecd and pioneer dvr216d this has only been the last 3 or backups I have tried the last ones I did a week or so ago worked fine.
The only explanation I can find is the firmware, the 1.6 has been on there for a few weeks and the previous games work its just been a few from this week that have had the issues, its odd that some have played and the last 3 or 4 just will not start up.
Do you think downgrading will help and if so what is the best way to go about it, I flashed to 1.6 using jungleflasher
Any help is appreciated

Hey Guys new to this Site I have been running Ixtreme 1.51 for the longest time decided to update to 1.6 liteon i should mention with the new wave four coming out. things is, my games are always run through abgx and always pass verification but now will not work on 1.6, so i am curious is it safe to boot them with the activation iso disc since i was playing on 1.51 before and nothing seemed to happen IE Ban Hammer any input that will help is appreciated

if you ran them through abgx and they passed you are as safe as you can be
man all these posts of people that just flashed their consoles to 1.6 my question is how does that make sense when you would have to use the active iso to play wave 4 games which are coming out now wouldn't it of made more sense to stay at 1.51 and check your games or wait for the new firmware that everyone knew was coming very soon like today i am just confused maybe it is just me.

HAHA totally agree with you man but I wanted to give the new GTA a try, flash my own xbox so not a hard things to reflash again later, have you heard of an Ixtreme update any news, don't get mad as i am sure people speculate all the time any info is good thanks

dude the update is out look in the forum it is posted for benq and samsung no liteon yet i just flashed my benq worked like a charm as far as i know the update just takes the security check out of 1.6 so any game will boot even if it is not stealthed properly so you have to make sure you run all games thru abgx before you play or risk being banned fo sho
