After creating a .vob file i used to be able to rip straight from the .vob and turn it into a vcd(.mpg). Now When trying to open the .vob file the following message appears e.g if i put the .vob file in c:\ the following error occurs: File "c:\T06P00_0.vob" can not open, or unsupported.

I have latest divxcodec and ASPI etc...
any ideas???

After u rip the vob file, use dvd2avi to create a .d2v & .wav file. Then use TMPG Enc to convert.
