Hi Im in Dublin just downloaded the latest firmware for the sv4 usb,the problem im having is im missing bbc1 bbc2 utv c4 sky1 and sky2,any help would be appreciated.

Do a factory reset and rescan. Do the scan from the main feed if you are using a splitter take it out for the scan. Then turn keycode back on.

its showing I have all the channels but bbc 1 2 utv and sky 1 2 is just blank black screen.
