I have a benq drive that will be flashed soon. When playing burned discs on it, is there a problem with printing and applying labels to blank discs? Maybe it's the OCD in me, but I would like to have labeled discs but won't do it if it will interfere with the drive reading them.

I don't think it would be an issue. If I remember right, it shouldn't cause a problem.

discs with stick on labels tend to make the disc off balance, and end up hitting the laser or other parts of the dvd drive, this is why many of us just use printable dvds, or a sharpie to label them.

i havent used them either, but its just what other people have stated in the past so i tend to think it would be correct as it would be impossible to ensure you have that label just right so it doesnt make one side heavier than another.
