codebreaker to action replay max converter?

If codebreakers site codetwink doesnt display a game cheat like shin megami tensei devil summoner 2. how is someone able to create action replay codes from a converter? I just downloaded omniconvert so i can convert codebreaker codes to action replay max, but my problem is that i cant find codebreaker codes for the listed game above. and the ones that i do find on the net arent working. ive tried converting these codes, but when i do, it says codes are for wrong game when i try inputing them on the action replay max. ive gotten codes from people on other forum sites like gamewinners.com and they said they converted these codes themselves and they do work very well, but they wont explain how they are doing it or where they are getting their source codes from. can someone explain or help me with this problem. im always trying to learn something new, and this has just got me stumped.

If its for the US version SLUS_218.45 , you can find the codebreaker cheats for it on codemasters project forum.
