Im getting error while softmodding Wii

Im using this guide [url=http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/773505][/url]

and Im at Downgrade IOS35 part where I do this steps

But luckily I get error like this 

Error:ES_GETSTOREDTMDSIZE returned -1017
Anyone can help me?
