Hi, im trying to make a PC fan into a USB powered fan which has adjustable speed.

I bought an adjustable speed controller, link below:

I made a PC fan connected to a USB for my xbox360 but the speed of it is very slow. The PC fan i am using has 3 wires (black, red, blue), and the USB cable has 4 wires (black, red, white, green).

I have connected the black and red wires which make the fan work through the USB port. But im a bit confused how to add the adjustable fan speed controller to it.

Please could anyone help me make this mod work.

The adjustable speed controller is not gonna help you, usb puts out 5 volts the speed your fan is running is gonna be max speed for a usb power source.
