Where is the cheapest place i can buy/order dvd-r in australia?

Preferably Perth, Western Australia.

I also asked the same question a few weeks ago and was told that it is cheaper to buy them from one of the 'inexpensive' places on the net, overseas.

No. I was trying to find out for a friend in Sydney. I was in Perth many years ago tho. Beautiful place.

I think you'll find many threads in the forum on who is best/cheapest/etc for online DVD-R media sales.

I found some at a shop called ple computers in perth for $3.75 each.
Is that a good price?
The brand is laser, i've never heard of it.

Laser... don't know it either. I tend to buy the brand name media (not too expensive in Japan). It's probably a good price for Australia. I recommend testing a couple first, make sure they work on the standalone player. Some cheap media don't burn at 2x (my Peioneer DVR-103 only burns the certain media at 2x) and have problems with standalone players. Good luck.

I found the Laser ones to be ok... they're not the best. I live in Perth.

I like to backup my PS2 games too and only the Verbatim ones they sell worked. The laser are only ok for PC data really. I have a few DivX movies on there and they played well enough 6 times over already.
