MP_ROOT vs. ROOT?

When reading guides and it says to put something in the ROOT folder, and the only folder my PSP formats onto the stick is an MP_ROOT folder, where do I put the stuff? (Specifically the SEPLUGINS for POPSloader.)

I'm running 5.00 m33-4.

The root of your memory stick the the very first level of your memory stick. It's all the white space you see when you click on your PSP's drive letter. It's not a folder or anything.. Just stick your Seplugins and etc. in that part.
