I have read all of the posts concerning How to burn a copy of Call of Duty.I too have this game and have yet to burn a working copy whether software dependant or not.I have Alcohol 120% ver.1.4.8.1222,CloneCD ver.4.3.1.9.

My question here is,the size of the Image file of COD is somewhere in the neighborhood of 752mb's.The COD cd is 655mb if im correct. The blank CD that is being used is 700mb MAX.Unless im missing something here it seems to me that the Image file is entirely too large for a CD.

Shoey...I even followed your STEP-by-STEP for using a *Sheep 1* burner using Alcohol 120% but keep failing.Maybe mine is a BIG "0" and I don't wanna accept it? :)

Bottom line here....Does the burner make the ULTIMATE difference in making a WORKING COPY? Or can this be done by simply making changes to software settings?

With the newer protections your hardware can make or break your efforts.

You can get a "2-sheep" LiteOn for $33 and have a much easier time of things :)

I made a working copy of COD using my PlexPremium and Alcohol with the SafeDisc 2/3 setting.

The sheepiness of your burner is a determining factor for Safedisc type games... i.e., EA i.e., call of duty. :-)
