when i try to play any of the neon genesis evangelion: perfect collection dvds on my computer, either the screen flickers (like the words/images move fast slightly up and down) or it fades in and out throughout the dvd (it's fine, then it gets kind of blurry, then it's fine again). It does both of these things on the menus too. I tried it on a dvd burner on my computer, a dvd rom on my computer, and a dvd burner on another computer. It still did the blurry fades in and out on this other computer but it didn't do any flickering.

I also tried 2 or 3 different dvd software players and i updated my video drivers and downloaded direct x. I tried playing end of evangelion on my computer and it was fine. Also, it these dvds worked fine on the dvd player connected to my tv. Does anyone know how to fix this so i can watch it on my computer normally?

512mb rambus ram
samsung 16x dvd rom
lite-on dvd+-r/rw drive
radeon 128mb 9700 pro
windows xp home
nokia 446xs 19" moniter at 85 refresh rate
