Europe gets into the act of suing p2p downloaders.

The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry released the news that 250 downloaders of p2p programs in Denmark, Germany and Italy are being sued. Europe obviously doesn't need any new legislation to go after p2p users. A spokesman for the record companies in Belgium declared: 'Smart people should know now that the game is up. If you plan to break the law and download illegal music files, be prepared to lose your computer and face a hefty fine'. Is the game really up??
