i have been tinkering around with tmpgenc authoring and using nero 6 ultra to burn what was originally an avi film which i converted to mpeg2 and then to video_ts , the one i have done is perfectly ok with vision but the audio is pretty badly out of sync , i am most definitely not a techie , just feeling my way through what i can grasp the basics of ( not enough sadly for me ) i did one film which seems ok but i noticed that this was from ( also ) an avi and fitted within the limits after expanding to mpeg2 to a blank dvd so i simply burned this right off on nero 6 no problems , however the second film even though also an avi of not much bigger size originally , expanded to over a blank dvd capacity , so i tried the tmpgenc authoring and used dvd shrink to get it to dvd blank size , this also of course made it int othe video_ts format so i burned the result and as i said got an ok picture but not so audio with the lag on sync not acceptable for viewing , is there a relatively simple solution to this problem anyone can pass on please ?
