what is the best dvd+r quality? I have used memorex dvd+r and that label works just fine but when I tried to use maxell dvd+r,it burned the movie just ok,but my home dvd player didn't play it..I have pioneer dv-525

Hi,
You might need to use DVD-R products?
There is a difference between DVD-R and DVD+R
Your DVD player may only take the one type of recorded media. Check your manual. While your computer drive uses another.

yeah,I know there is dvd+r and dvd-r. both should work in my stand alone dvd-player. I've tried to use both and dvd-r definately works better in the stand alone player. I'm just trying to find out what is the best dvd+r or dvd-r? cost/usability? yep..
