I got a error when I wanted to burning .mds file to a cd. F:) YAMAHA CRW2100E(1:1): RAW DAO Write Mode - RAW-PW(96)

05:39:33 Image file loading aborted!
05:39:38 Something is wrong with the recording procedure!
Please check the log file and report any errors to Technical Support.

How big is the image file? How big is the cd?

the image is 678mb and the cd is 700mb

When you burn cd-image files AS IMAGES then note that a good chunk of that image file (MDF/MDS, BIN/CUE, CDI, etc) is devoted to, as far as the end product is concerned, useless information. So really, a 730MB BIN file might actually only occupy 701MB.

So there theoretically isnt anything wrong with the cd (check for corruption with CDMage, http://cdmage.orcon.net.nz/frames.html ) just to be sure

I would reccommend you try a different brand of CD to eliminate that possibility and after that, if possible, to try a different burner. :-)
