freezing up & skipping after burning

I just finish burning a movie and it came out great but after a while in the movie it starts to freeze up mostly at the end.I used DVD shrink 3.1.7 with nero 5.0 can someone here tell me what I did wrong. T.U

Sounds like cheap media,try using ritek go4 for or verbatim.If you have some cheaper discs, shrink the movie a little more so you dont write on the edge where the dye might be thinner.

I'm gonna state the obvious (as most people would with all that you've explained) ... 'It's more than likely that it's media related'.

(especially if not using a Ritek G04/Verbatim for example)

What DVD±R media are you using that is freezing/skipping on the outer edge hombre ?

I'm using Sony DVD+R media 1x-4x speed compatible.

Ive not used any +R media myself so I couldnt comment on Sony dye at all...

Your version of Nero is way old btw , I'm using 6 Ultra at the moment but I had good burning compatibility with Nero 5.5.x.x
Maybe time for an upgrade ;-)
