24 hours on the road, all said and done. 1300 miles. and i'll be on the CB the entire way :-)
maybe we'll get the stang out in the summer. ^.~ i'll be heading back to PA by then for AnthroCon; hopefully i'll be that way before then again.

i just picked up a 2007 chevy trailblazer yesterday. i'm not sure if i like it yet, but it's loaded so it probably wont take long. makes you wonder why they put more and more nifty gadgets in vehicles these days knowing that it's just going to distract you from the road. Does one really need to watch tv while they drive?

i hope not, Darth. what kinda of fuel efficiency do you get there? is that pretty thirsty for a daily driver?

yes it probably is, but it's less than the 6.0L in my other truck. I dont really care much about fuel economy, i'll drive what i like to drive no matter what kind of mpg it gets. i cant see myself settling for less than what i want based on fuel economy.

no offense intended, darth. i was looking at it from the starving college student point of view. gas is expensive for me, even at 27 mpg.

i think gas is expensive for everyone at any mpg, i'm just one that accepts the fact that they will charge whatever they want and if i want to drive a vehicle, i'm forced to pay it. i still cant let that force me into buying a car/truck that i dont like. I dont drive much anyway. i had my other truck for 2 years and only had 17,000 miles on it.

nah no leather, it's cold here and leather is too slippery. it's got the power sunroof, Bose sweet sound system, 4wd, power everything, yadda yadda yadda. I opted for the vortec I6 instead of the V8, i've had so many V8's i figured i'd check the little guy out. Seems quite peppy after 2000rpm, i think it'll be fine for anything i'd need.
