u mean WPT and 1 thing i can install ir shell i suck i need like the most noobest guide on earth and my pc doesnt use wifi it goes through cable so i neeed a guide for usb

Mmm this is like my 5th attempt,
I load the games, all seems fine, goes into new firmware then says cant run the game...
any ideas ?

danyn Do you have other games working? If you do then it dose not work because it is a bad dump or not untouched.
amitguru World Poker Tour (Eur)(it works for me to) Is not the same game as the one that does not work for me.(World Series Of Poker(Eur)it is untouched and did not work for me)

no games work, i can only view them in usb mode,
once i press start, screen goes black, then the psp logo loads up, it goes into the new firmware, it loads for sometime it would seem its just about to load the game then the message comes ups 'unable to run...'
ive tried it on a laptop and a pc, both do the same thing...
The games work fine when i place them on the memory stick.
my concerns is that while these games are loading the usb drops out then reconnects again...
ive tried changing the pre address, no help, though at times within the new firmware when i go to umd the psp would crash, and other times it would show the game ok..
ive spent to many hours on this -,-

Go to ps2nfo.com and get the DevHook_Launcher_Mod_v1[1].39_For_PSP that has USB and the DevHook_Shell_Prototype_Mod_r24_For_PSP that has USB and new files that go in your PC.(it's the PC folder)put the ISO folder with the iso games in there.

Hi guys,
First off ... Bloody brillant proggy ... thanks for this ...
Setup:
I got a 1.50 ...
runs devhook 0.46 fine ...
loaded drivers fine ...
sees the ISOs fine (on PC) ...
DevHook Settings:
CPU CLOCK: 333 ...
UMD SELECT: selected 'Lemmings [Eur] [psyPSP] ISO' ...
UMD MOUNT: ISO AnyUMD ...
BOOT SELECT: reboot XMB
START: selected this and PSP rebooted ...
Error:
Looks like it's just about to do somehing then It says 'The disc cannot be started ... the region code is not correct' ... ???!!!
The Lemmings (I got) is European and my PSP is set to to London ...
What gives? ...

Is the game untouched(original prx's)
I have Lemmings[Eur] working from MS and USB(but for USB you need a new mod so it works) I have a US psp.

That is why it tell you that.(UMD movies do not work) you need a UMD game in the drive so DH works.
This are my setting that work with all my games
DEVHOOK v0.46(FW v2.71)
TARGET: (reboot XMB)
UMD-ISO: ubshostfs0:/ISO/game.iso(or from MS)
UMD-MODE: ISO ANYUMD
FLASH: ms0:/dh/271(MS HOOK)
UMD Ver.: 2.xx -> 2.00
CLOCK: 222/111(333 if you experience lag)
USB: Enabled(or off if you have iso's in your MS)
PL-ADR: 89000000

I have downloaded all the files, that you specified,
i install everything on to my memory stick,
place the 3 files + 1 iso folder on my computer
now im guessing im meant to change some macro for this to work ?

OK i put everything as where i am guessing they are supposed to be,
i load up the shell concept, it loads into 2.71 firmware,
then i use the options to navigate through my collection via USB i select the game i want, it shows up as a UMD, i select to play and then screen goes black... loads for a bit.. then "the game could nto be started" by the way im using a demo disc...

Is it only that game that does not work or all the iso's do not work?(try more then 1 iso)
If it is only that iso that does not work then it is a bad dump or it is not untouched.
Try the mod v1.39

ive tried 15 of them, all do the same thing, some i believe are corrupt but surely not all of them...
im going to note step by step what i am doing, so that if its obvious yas can help me out..
1. download UI v1.1.1.exe
2. download usbhostfs
3. create \Iso\ folder within \psp\
directory content is as follows
\PSP\
usbhostfs.exe
cygwin1.dll
cygusb0.dll
\ISOS
random.iso
4. select USB connection within PSP (cable already connected)
5. run UI v1...
6. Select 0.46 + 2.71 -> into MS_ROOT
7. Run UI v1
8. Select USB component -> into MS_ROOT
9. Close USB connection from PSP (leave cable connected)
10. Run usbhostfs
'USBHostFS (c) TyRaNiD 2k6'
11. PSP -> Run Devhook
12. Enable USB
13. BootSelect : Reboot XMB
14. CPU clock: 222mhz
15. Firmware: 2.71
16. UMD version 2.xx to 1.5
17. UMD Mount ISO ANYUMD
18. UMD Select -> Select random.iso
19. Check Usbhostfs
USBHostFS (c) TyRaNiD 2k6
Connected to device
Connected to device
Connected to device
20. check psp.
a. PSP reboots
b. LCD is black
c. Activity light flashes
d. flashes some more =P
e. hear usb dropping in and out on the laptop
f. more flashing
g. Screen comes up to say "the game could not be started 800xxxx"
h. i go to the umd, to see a small video of the game.
i. i click X in hope that it will work.. of course the same thing happens.
I have 1 psp that is US, 1.5, 32mb mem stick, formatted, did the above.
another psp Jap, 1.5, 1gig mem stick, formatted, hacked 1.5, did the above also same.
I have tried 15 isos
I have not tried anything but 0.46
The ISOS work ok when using the mem stick alone
I have tried it on a laptop and a pc.. same deal..
I have installed the drivers.. properly
I have tried different versions of 0.46
I have also installed DevHook_Launcher_Mod_v1[1].39_For_PSP and DevHook_Shell_Prototype_Mod_r24_For_PSP over the contents of my 32m memory stick.
Also used the USBHOSTFS that it came with not sure if thats modified.
I did not change any of the macros, i just went straight to devhook which says "press X to stop autorun" that didnt work, boot straight into 2.71 i then pressed select to bring up the menu, pressed R and L triggers to select an ISO, ran it as you normally would... then the same as above happened!!! >.<

Using a demo disc, which is kept in the umd draw always.

Right I got it all running now ... all games are running from the PC ...
what I did find (for me anyhow as it's not stated anywhere) is that I need to keep the demo UMD out until devhook reboots back into the normal PSP screen ... then I bung the UMD disc in and it loads the Game as a UMD disc ... I then select that and it runs fine ... also selecting ISO using HOME, etc works fine too ...
