Quote:Okay so i Got this Magic MS created, now when i opened the removable drive it says that the KD and the registry files are on the memory stick.. This means i have successfuly created the MMS correct?
yes sir!!!
Quote:then I shut off the psp(not total shut down) and I woke up this morning and CAN NOT turn on my psp again, with or without the battery, I tried using just the AC but its the same thing; the power green light turned on for about 15 seconds and turn off automatically, the psp screen is dark all the time. What happend to my psp slim? The original firmware is 3.90. Please help, is my $200 just went down the sink by using this guide???
leaving it in standby for so long can be deadly (more so on slim!):(
leave the battery out of the psp for an hour or so with no ac power and try again.....otherwise you best bet is pandoras agin:(
but no the psp battery thankfully (to what we know) cant destroy the console.....it has to low of a mAh to really cause any damge....even the DC can't really botch anything!

thanks for the advice, I did pandoras again and the psp start up fine. The thing is I only use AC now cause i thought the battery caused the problem; now, is it normal that if I only the AC to play psp, the psp will shut off frequently? This happened to me quit a few times today, psp just shut off for no reason.
Aslo can I format the pandoras memory disk after I finish upgrading the psp to this customer firmware or do I have to keep the files that is in the pandoras memory disk.
Yeah, dude you where not supposed to do that, I would suggest restoring the battery back to its service setting (ie, remove the pin again) I would aslo suggest trying to run through the steps again to try to fix this issue. You NEED to obtain a new battery.. or run the thing from your AC adaptor, I dont think its broke..
