dvd subtitles help?

I want to thanks "fasfrank"
thanks to you I learned to put subitles to dvd.

But now I have one more problem!
It`s there but its some lines all over it. Like when you mised the resolution on your PC.
I try to change colours, (copy from other dvd , rewrite from str2sub) the colour is changing but the lines are still there.
Please can anyone help me?
It wery urgent !!!
