i can change the tags on a MP3 but how do i change the tags on a jpg file... i need a free program that can do that... when i say tag i mean the info that is viewed when i put the curser over the jpg file..

trying to change the order by date but on some photos dates are wrong to sort in the correct oder.. i want to change the date on the tags of some of my jpg file photos, how??
