are there any peer to peer applications still working todaY? I've downloaded different applications and none of them seem to work. It seems kazaa is toast now and emule is too. Not sure why prob that low id thang. Any help would be great. Mostly interested in dance remixes
I am like skafes there is no good p2p program out right now.I think bittorrent is too slow,emule is hard as hell to get a high id,and kazaa has nothing really to offer anymore.I am against uploading also,all it does is slow you down a ton and makes it where your download speed can never reach its best perfomance.
ur a dumbass...your what everone calls a leacher.......good u shouldnt be dl its not fair for all the people who are uploading, U GIVE U GET...no shit ur BT doesnt go fast, u have to upload to dl and they made it like for people like you!!!
I have a very small problem with this. This is a family PC and as the adult male of the house I have files on here that my 10 year old son shouldnt see.He dosent have access to my p2p program but I allow him to use it under my supervision .I dont want to deny my son access to My Shared Folder as it has quite a few files of his in there but at the same time cant allow him to access my adult material. We currently use eMule and I was of the understanding that all files are being shared while downloading. I have no problems here as i simply change the file name to ,say rugby league grand final, it keeps its hash code (I think thats the wrong term) I share it while downloading it but move it to my private stash once its finished then delete it from the disk. Is there a better way to do this as i am a firm believer of sharing but as far as my son is concerned its better safe than sorry. I realise he will find it eventauly but no need for me to speed this process.

Hey aXidburn you must be a dumbass because I just clearly stated that I was uploading too damn much so fucking shut your ass your fucking smartass.How is anybody gonna ever get decent downloads if they are uploading too much.If you can explain that to me than I will understand but besides that you haven't explained a damn thing so explain it to me how uploading a shitload is gonna help us all out.I made a forum on how people where uploading 4 to 5 times more than my download speed.I am not a leecher I just want to get my download speed that I pay for.I still think bittorrent is uploading too much and nobody helps out anyways on how to solve it so therefore I should be downloading more right now than uploading.I let people upload more than enough.I don't give a damn about BT anymore but FTP and mirc are alot better why is it that mirc and FTP are better than BT.I think if they actually kept the files up so someone wouldn't have to upload that would be better then you can actually get your top speed and let people upload but the way it is setup right now there is never gonna be a decent download speed.If I am what you called a leacher than oh fucking well I would rather get something in return while uploading than never get anything.

i am talking about BT the more u upload with that the faster u can dl...and sry if i read ur post wrong...
and to solve ur problem then....dont upload so much...get a program to limit the uploading. (ex- netlimiter)
