Several RITEK 4X ?+R? disks question.

I'm about to place my first order for RITEK disks. Reading through numerous posts has just served to confuse me even more. Many post talk about R03 and R04 dyes when it comes to ?-R? disk but no such dyes are listed for +R. A general question, why is this? Is the type of dye not important for +R or is there only one type of dye for the +R?

A second point of confusion is in the names RITEK Ridata and RITEK when it comes to naming the brand. Are these the same quality of disk?

I?ve saved a somewhat silly question for last. It has to do with the white inkjet printable DVDs. If you do not inkjet print on them is there any detriment to the disk? I assume not but I just want to be sure.

You SURE did , and the answer would be no !! (how could it)

You meant G03 or G04 dye type btw !! Look at the Datasafe Ritek thread below on this Forum...

Thinking the white may be as a primer paint, similar to house paint primer. It is not as durable as a finishing paint. That is my worry/question as I have not 100% decided to purchase a new inkjet that will print to disk. Really have more of a need for a laser.

You'll have absolutely no problem with Ritek G04 printables. Just a decision of whether to print the disc before or after the burn...

Ritek is available in printable 4x + or - . I have been using ritek -r4x printable for a good while now and they work graet only 1 bad in 2000 discs. By the way Ridata is the brand name for ritek product. So wholesale Bulk - Ritek you can get Ridata labled and retail Ridata branded..
