Converting .cue/.bin to .avi/.mpeg

I have a movie I downloaded and it is in .cue and .bin form. How do I convert it into a .avi or .mpeg so that I can use it?

you'll need to extract the mpeg1/mpeg2 video out of the image with a program like isobuster. when the image is loaded in isobuster, right click on image file and -extract but filter only m2f2 mpeg frames-. also you must leave the filename name as avsq001 or whatever it is until after its extracted out of the image, when its been extracted out then u can rename it
