I was looking through the guides and was amazed to see that you can convert DivX into DVD the trouble is IFOEdit doesn't work perfectly with Windows XP, is there another program that i can use???

You read wrong , IFOEdit will convert MPEG2 to DVD but not DivX (you'd need to encode first , and there are many different progs that'll do that).
