To all the patient responders..includes scuba, herbsman, jimdandy...to name a few...I thank you...I have been trying to get the burning process to work....and have only managed one decent burn....luck...I would say....was able to burn to a DVD+R....all others coasters....I've read the guide for Nero, decrypter, shrink...to no avail....if I use Nero, it doesn't recognize my burner (TDK Indigo multiformat burner)...if I use shrink(latest version) I am able to produce the ISO file but try and burn it back to DVD-R ...no such luck....I'm f*****g fried....maybe I'll back off for a coupla months, years....anyway thanks to all those who offered help.....

Go to control panal, Systems, Hardware, Device manager, DVD/CD-ROM Drives, locate your drive, right-click it select uninstall and then "OK" out of everything - shut down your PC and let it find your drive when it restarts :-)

What you're going to do in this case is open DVD Decrypter make sure the mode is set in "ISO" mode "Write", then burn it to disc :-)

Give that a shot -

What you have here is a failure to communicate.
Two words: Firmware Upgrade
Go to the manufacture website. You should be able to download the latest firmware. I have ran into this same problem myself.

I would piss on it if I thought it would work.

I have 3 movies thus far...with Nero, Shrink, and DVD Decrypter....and have found that a small insert in all the responses by the elder statesmen (my apologies to the ladies I've left out) would probably have and continue to help neophytes(as myself)....that insert would be: "these guides and the steps we are recommending are to be implemented with the NEWEST versions of the programs mentioned"....I realize this does not cover those inquiries from those that have not made the time to read old posts or guides but I firmly believe there will be less coasters if the insert is used....from a SKI (semi-knowledgeable individual) trying to become a SME (subject matter expert)....
