I have happily been making dvd videos with the orange bulkpaq 4x with no problems, but got hold of some 4x datasafe from www.blankdiscshop.com and am now experiencing big problems when making dvd-videos. The discs burn fine, but when playing them, there is a lot of data corruption on the screen, resulting in the dvd not being able to be read after a while. This has happened on almost every dvd i've made with them. Is this a common problem with them? If so, is there a remedy? I have a NEC nd-1300a 4x DVD-r +-.

well if you had no problem with the orange bulkpack maybe you should just stick with those...datasafe just arent very high quality media.

Interesting. I have that burner (1.07 firmware I think). I cannot use Bulkpaq orange but my Datasafes are fine.
