Canopus ACDDVio locks up AVID DV Pro

I have a canopus ACEDVio Capture Card

I open AVID Xpress Pro and go to capture. As soon as the preview screen sees the video from a vcr it locks up and the program stops responding.

I shut down Avid and restart it and it starts to load and then stops responding.

I have to shut the system down for Avid to open back up and it repeats the process.

It happens on all video capturing software--WMM

I have switched PCI Slots-no help.

Any Assistance is appreciated.

I am running a Asus A7M266-D MoBo with two AMD MP2000+ Processors (1.67 each) My OS is Win XP Pro.

Please Help.
