i have a dvd-ram disk (the non cartridge type) and was just wondering if it can be used like a dvd-rw disk, burning movies etc. i tried to backup a movie onto a dvd-ram disk but nero wouldnt let me, it said there wasnt enough space but there was. anyways i tried a quick format in nero but that didnt work, will a full format by nero allow it to act like a regular dvd-rw?... thanks

I have always formatted fully the DVD-Ram disk -- and had no problems burning to my heart content.
Mind You , i use it sparingly cause DVD-Ram blanks are costly.
